Terms and conditions
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms cover using this website — fullysendit.co.uk, our small-business page, and our Aberystwyth landing page — nothing more. They don't cover the scope, price or timeline of any project. If we agree to do work for you, that's set out in a separate signed agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything here.
Who we are
Fully Send It is the trading name of Macey Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14031096, with registered office at 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, United Kingdom, IP28 7DE. Questions about these terms can go to harry@fullysendit.co.uk.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse the site, read about what we do, and get in touch through the contact forms. By using it, you agree not to:
- scrape, harvest or copy the site's content for your own use
- submit false, misleading or malicious information through the enquiry forms, including spam
- attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the site, its forms, or the systems behind them
Enquiries, pricing and info packs
Nothing on this site amounts to a binding quote, offer or contract. Figures, turnaround times, pricing and examples shown here, including in the information packs, are indicative, to give a sense of scope and cost, and can vary once we understand the specifics of your business. A binding agreement only exists once both sides have signed a written proposal or contract setting out the scope, price and timeline for the work.
Content and intellectual property
Everything on this site — text, design, branding, graphics and video — belongs to Macey Solutions Limited or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You're welcome to view and share pages of the site, but you can't copy, reproduce or reuse the content, design or branding for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that everything on it, including case studies, timelines and figures, is error-free or current at all times. If you spot something that looks wrong, let us know.
Links to other sites
This site links out to other sites we don't control, for example LinkedIn. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Liability
We'll do our best to keep this site available and working properly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. This doesn't affect any liability we can't exclude by law, such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and it doesn't limit anything we agree to separately in a signed client contract, which takes precedence for any commissioned work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
